I have felt pretty good the past few weeks/months.
However, I notice that when I have too much on my plate/mind, and too much now, is a lot less than i used to be able to handle,
my anxiety heightens.

It makes me wonder about what started it all.

For me there were a lot of other traumatic events/losses and transitions
beforehand but also
just a very full timetable very high perfectionisitc standards and goals
and I also forgot how to relax and have fun, I think.
I wasnīt able to relax and enjoy myself for a long time after.
It took me long to learn it again.

I feel like you have naturally anxiety when you feel you have to do too much and have no time to handle it. So you cannot let yourself relax.

On the other hand, I think you donīt have anxiety when you feel that you can handle things and have enough time for yourself to feel good and accomplish what you want.

What do you think?
