I am feeling a little better today. Not so sullen or deadly.
Been working really intensely on issues I have had all my life with my Mom. Therapy has been good but it keeps me in a fragile state @ times having all these memories.
Trying to reason out how I got to "today" and have been able to resist the temptations of feeling better off dead.
It is touch and go...
