On bipolar - it is hard to dx bipolar at such a young age. So that T (T=therapist) does not see bipolar in you does not mean much more than that at your current stage, you do not have bipolar symptoms.
If you want to say something to the therapist but find yourself unable to do that, you should write a letter at home when you do not need to be rushed or think about T's immediate response. If you get turned on in the process of writing a letter, you should stop, masturbate, and then resume writing the letter until the letter is done. The T needs to know about your situation - that the world knows is good (the view count is half a grand on this thread)

, but the T needs to know as well. Do not give the T the name of the guy, though, just in case - the T might have a mandate to report child abuse that comes to T's attention. It is unlikely that your case is that of child abuse given that you are 15 and are working for pay being responsible for young children, but you never know. So 1) T needs to know, 2) do not provide the name of the guy to the T.
