I'm sorry this is happening Are you able to see a doctor? I would try to get a full work up and tell him/her what is going on.
I talk to myself, all the time, but I don't have the confusion you are describing. You must be scared. Don't worry though, there are answers.
I just wanted to reassure you. Check out some of the different forums, & some of the other tools on the site. It helped me a lot.
