The presentation went well. The owner was not there, but the employee that opened the box (the very same that told me to put it away) did end up having the invoice. Unfortunately he was already gone by that time. His response to this that if my inboxes were not overflowing then maybe he would have known at the time what came in this shipment. 1) I was gone for two weeks and everything has to be in triplicate I swear. 2) The majority of the of the files were actually his and the accountant's (which he hand delivers as she is off site). Mine were entered into the computer and filed away where they were supposed to be. 3) We had just gotten a new batch of training materials THAT morning. This clutter is my fault. I insist on going through them myself. I'm still missing things from the last time someone tried to "help me out".

Leed hit the nail on the head. It's a bunch of office politics. The father is retiring (or trying to God help us). There is a bunch of jockying for position. My GM is concerned she will be next on the chopping block. So the issue is always "AAAAA (or another department head) has an issue that you are not addressing..." What she doesn't realize is that this makes her more vulnerable. I did address this issue with her after the presentation, asked her what she wanted me to differently in the future because I did exactly what I was supposed to do, and my nerves cannot take this kind of stress right now. How does she want me to proceed? She is not hearing me. I found out later that she delegated some of the computer work to other employees when I am off. IT'S NOT THE WORK LOAD STRESSING ME OUT! It's the JR high bs.

In the meantime, another department head is laughing hysterically. This used to annoy me, she does it all of the time. I do not understand what is funny about this situation. She says "I just can't help it, every thought that goes through your head is plainly on your face. When someone says/does something stupid, you don't have to say a word, it's all written on your face. Seriously you should talk to someone in security and get a copy of this video."
