Many times if we're stressed, preoccupied, overworked, etc., this will happen. I do this too, and have the memory loss as well but there are other reasons for my memory loss.
I do think it might be beneficial to be evaluated by a therapist. It might do you a lot of good to enter into therapy.

It's possible that stress, anxiety, depression and other things could be involved here and therapy could help you cope with these things and put many things to rest!
