No, but I have a damaged relationship with my doctors and it has led to me generally avoiding them. I'd prefer to move to a newer, closer surgery but that would cause problems.

C-PTSD is short for Complex PTSD relating back to primary & secondary school events, but no, I've never spoken about it. I've managed in time to erase all memory of anything pre-2006, which was when I left school/college. That's served me well.

Requiring a visit to the doctors...at least it's an option. I might look at going private for a dermatologist & psychologist though. Costly, but vastly quicker and off-record...
