Dizziness is one of the side effects of Buspar. It's very sporatic, usually about an hour after I take it. I used to translate dizziness as panic, but since my anxiety is actually being alleviated by the Buspar, it's now something I notice and do not worry much about. Which is a very strange situation for me. I am used to worrying and being scared.
