It was probably not the Vitamins, but rather just TIME that passed between getting Laryngitis and getting better.... it usually takes about 4-5 days for the main illness to subside.

If any vitamins or medicine makes you sick after taking them - try eating some thing before you take them (or) swallow them with a glass of milk.
