Sorry you are having such a rough time. Have you called all the Pdocs to find out who can see you the soonest?

Seeking MH care in an er is an iffy process. Typically unless you are actively suicidal or a threat to others ... there isn't a reason for the er docs to admit for inpatient. Now... Once your seeing a Pdoc and say you just start going downhill or ramping up .. Your Pdoc can have you admitted for quick med changes, loads of Group therapy.

Once you find a Pdoc you may want to find out if there is a IOP (intensive out patient) therapy .. 4-8 hours a day for a few months they offer lots of group therapy and also works with keeping on a schedule and finding a routine etc

Sorry you didn't have a standing appointment with a Pdoc before you ever left the hospital.
