Sure glad you haven't taken on a quilt trip. Good For you. The way you told it sounded exactly like that. Free! You broke out. and thats powerful. It is exilhirating to discover that under the quiet, shy person we can be there is steel that can stand up and be counted when it matters. When I have come through some things like that I have to rejoice that I am growing and if I am growing I am healing. It took me awhile to learn where my boundaries were ( if I ever had any)and what an exciting journey that was. I may not have done it "right" but as I got stronger and my fear settled down i could deal more effectively the next time. Still learning.
