The INFO I posted is not from a book, but rather from different reading materials that I have used over the last ten years of working on healing ME, from the inside out...

BUT - if you are interested in reading a book that contains this type of INFO and RESOURCES to HEAL look into buying the book that I posted in the Rate & Review section called: Feelings Buried Alive Never Die.

This book is AWESOME!! - IMO...
Plus this book came highly recommended by my T - she did more for ME in 2 years than my other two T did for me in eight straight years of constant therapy, 2-3 x a week.
