The overall score doesn't bother me. But they found 10 serious concerns and 2 minor concerns.
The Serious Concerns:
Depression
Anxiety
Phobias
Self-Esteem
Eating Disorders
Schizophrenia
Dissociation
Mania & Bipolar Disorder
Obsessions and Compulsions
Borderline Traits (Which I knew cause I have Borderline Personality Disorder)
Minor Concerns:
PTSD
General Coping
So here's my question/concern... how many mental issues can a person have? I mean, there's so many serious concerns listed, but my brain's chemical balance couldn't be that altered right?
I'm really confused.

Chemical imbalance is believed to be a contributing factor to just some but not all of the serious concerns on your list.
On a more practical note, to the extent that you and the professionals who help you believe that the findings of the Sanity Score do reflect the true reality of your situation, you and the professionals need to rank and prioritize the list, so that it is not as overwhelming and confusing to you. One cannot deal with such a long list in a productive fashion.
