But in between "known mania" I have moments of Anger ( why I started this thread)
My T has assured me that anger is indeed part of Bipolar. There is often nothing that causes it , it just happens ... Yeah I was still confused  He asked me if I have ever just had a "tearful sad day" Of course I have .. He said Anger can and will pop up in the same manner. Emotions are emotions.

My therapist told me the same abt anger although I know some ppl don't agree. My glad ur emotions have calmed down.
