I experience the same thing and others on this forum have post they have too. Moods can change through out the day for no reason. "I "believe this is a BP symptom although the DSM states differently.

I'm home 2 days a week completely alone. My mood (angry, depressed, hopeless) changes during the time alone. Nothing situational has happened. I didn't receive a phone call, text, email and a pigeon didn't fly me a letter.

If your mood changes and something has happened (argument etc) that is called situational and is normal (not caused by BP).

I'm in the process of figuring out how to deal w/control the mood changes (listening to music, exercising etc).
