I take all my meds right before I go to sleep. I take a low viibryd that takes away ED compulsions, intrusive thoughts and depression. It's the first "anti-depressant" that I can take. My anti-anxiety med is "as needed" so I usually don't take it but it takes 30 min to digest so I'm just careful to wait.
