Yoda, it could be a lack of the proper vitamins and it could also be your depression.
You could try taking some B Complex vitamins and see if it helps. Vitamin B is also supposed to be good for depression and nerves. If it doesn't help in a day or two, then talk to your psychiatrist. It could very well be depression.
