Try cutting a piece of paper or a stuffed animal. I hate hurting stuffed animals but it really is better than hurting you. Just stabbing my pillow with an exacto knife makes me feel better, and its better than hurting me. Do you have a T or someone at school (a teacher or friend) you could talk to. I know it is really hard to get help but it will make you feel so much better... even just knowing someone knows what you are going through and cares about you can make all the difference in the world. I also find drawing helps me... I like drawing razors or images of what I want to do and that helps especially since you can keep it and look back on it... its like a scar not on your body.
