I need to rant right now, this is something that really bothers me with my work place
And I know- Many don't care, and I need to just pull up my boot straps and just deal with it or move on- despite my position in life. "Just Do It"
So it will be short-
Leave out the facts - Once one has their mind set on something that "is", specifically one i speak of-- It doesn't matter how many facts you have,- Facts as in emails, documentation from the past- It doesn't matter.
Leave out the facts of what procedures are even-- because it will always be "your fault".
Leave out the facts unless you want an argument on how the facts are wrong, and you are lying- and the one specific person is always right.
(sad that no one above this specific person ever listens to complaints of this either, even when a lot of people from the team have issues about this)
One thing I have learned from work is the same thing I have learned from Childhood-- Just shut up.
