You definitely have disordered eating......& the way you are going about your eating will definitely NOT give you the control over the weight that you may be wanting.

It's much better to eat in a healthy way with healthy foods in order to control your weight along with proper exercise. Why not get into healthy routines. Talking with GP's doesn't help much as they are only worried about any health problems that might be occuring....the GP I went to left the eating issues to my pdoc/psychologist & was only willing to focus on the health issues my eating was causing (& it ended up bad enough to be in the medical hospital for about a month).

The problem with diets & not eating is that the body does go into starvation mode & it will stop functioning & will store fat. When the fat is gone, the body starts taking from the muscles & that can even be your heart.

If you really study how the body acts & how food energy is used you will want to to put your control into eating appropriately rather than doing the starvation, bings/purge since all it does is mess up the body's functioning & you are left with problems for the rest of your life.

Why even start down that road?
