It's so hard isn't it. Sometimes i curse the day i ever started therapy. At least beforehand, i hadn't opened that can of worms that refuses to close itself.

Why on earth i cant just text T saying "hey, i am really struggling and would appreciate an encouraging/understanding text message back", i don't know.
