kinda down and anxious. I have to talk with my PDOC and tell him why I won't take the lithium he wants me to take. He told me everyone has lithium in their bodies, it's a salt. after taking it and feeling the side effects(a low dose 450mgs- he wants me to take 900mgs) I decided it is not for me.
