My PCP was handling Anxiety for a long time...
PCP never gave me Paxil, but I don't see why they couldn't (I did try it recently after it was suggested by a "specialist" but I just don't like it so I stopped using it - you might have better luck...It did help - but I'm picky, I stopped it due to side effects.)
