Do they help? I mean, not like the suicidal ones but when you really feel like you need support...what do they say? And what are some good ones if anyone has had any experience. I honestly have no one to talk to (best friend disappeared on me about a month ago because he has a lot of mental problems and I can't seem to get him to contact me in any form



). I feel so sad and so pathetic and so awful today.
Apparently two T appts and a 40 minutes phone call with him tonight over the past 2 days isn't enough. This is completely ridiculous.
