I'm so sorry you are feeling so bad. *hugs* I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "helplines" i honestly thought they were the same as crisis/suicide hotlines. I have called crisis lines before. The people that answer seem nice & supportive. It's not like they can diagnose you with anything, but thats probably not what you are looking for anyway, I'm guessing. For me, it's very hard to talk about my "issues" with my friends. Thats a big part of why I joined this group, so I could find others with similar issues and not feel judged.
