Yeah, I do make it a point to see T even when every piece of me is screaming NOOOOOOO and wanting to cancel. Even though there are times when I feel like it was a wasted session, I at least didn't have to face the missed/cancelled appointment anxiety. At the least, I'm consistent. LOL.
I know the power is mine to get to doing the real work in therapy. I just don't know how to do it. I don't know how to start or what to talk about. I hate the idea of bringing up "old" stuff because I feel embarrassed about things that have an affect on me after so many years. Therapy sucks.
