At the first good opportunity I think I would. You're going to find that a lot of jobs are like this though. You're never going to change that system. Sounds like your company has those morning motivational brainwashing meetings. I worked at a company that had them. It works on some people... a lot of people surprisingly. But a lot of us got headaches from the effort it took not to yawn and roll our eyes.
