I'm sorry. This must be really hard... I have no idea...

I've read... That people with anorexia have trouble with certain kinds of tasks that involve the person representing their body accurately. Not just body size, but other things to do with the body too... That some studies have shown that people with anorexia have different neural activity when they are doing those kinds of tasks...

Of course it is hard to know whether the neurological findings preceed the disorder or whether they are an effect of starvation...

Good news is... Treatment can help.

Maybe it is about... Differentiating between the *feeling* of being fat and the *rational knowledge* one has on the basis of objective evidence like weight and BMI or whatever...

I have trouble with that... Not about my weight... But about some other stuff. It can be hard...
