I saw my dietician and t on Wednesday. My dietician isn't going to weigh me anymore unless I tell her I feel like I am getting too fat or that my clothes aren't fitting right. I have been at a stable weight for a month and she is giving me the ability to sub in different options for meals. ie: breakfast is normally 2 pieces of cinnamon raisin bread with 2 tbs of peanut butter, but I can have cereal if I want now.
I asked my t the question that I asked you all and she said she thinks I am in recovery now and that it is a process. My body image is still a huge issue, but I am not allowing Ana to rule it. I am using the Body Image Workbook by Thomas Cash. While I still have miles to go, I keep on chuggin'.
