Is this Seroquel XR? just my opinion since I have had both the XR and regular Seroquel, the XR seemed to exhaust me to the point of trying to do anything was like walking through soup so to speak, I had an extremely hard time doing anything. I take Seroquel at night, and I think it has mostly left my system by the morning, making it easier to get up and function. Also, this is just my experience, since I have also been on both Adderall and Seroquel at the same time, I think that combination just doesn't mix well. One increases dopamine, and the other decreases it. Please discuss these problems with the prescribing doctor, because you obviously are getting help by the effects of the meds, but if you cant function at your job that will have a huge impact of your emotional well being.
