Anyone else heard the saying that depression is anger turned inward? .... in my limited understanding its like if you are really angry at your boss but you can't say anything because you need your job or you are angry as a kid but you can't be angry at your mom because you depend on her to meet your daily living needs.

My T brought it up when she said... you sound like you might be a little depressed... (inside I was thinking...wow I guess I really don't let you see my emotions very much... I do usually cancel when I'm feeling that way)
