I'm not a doc or nurse or pharmacist, nor do I play one on TV...but I know people on this med. Seems to be effective and people have reacted well to it. The only notable side effect is increased appetite for some people. This has usually been controlled by adding something that reduces appetite such as Topamax. But, you may not need that so, wait and see.
