I had an experience like that a couple months ago. I have phone sessions with t now since she moved back in november. anyway for one appt when i called her she sounded so horrible, coughing etc I told her "t you need to go back to bed! we can reschedule!" she seemed surprised and very relieved I think that i let her go back to bed. it was nice to feel like she let me 'take care of her' for a change, even if it was just to say go back to bed I'll talk to you next week.
