I have fought witk them meds for years,now im just about off after two years of trying to do without.But there is days when i have to have one.Anyway when i do i break mine into 4 pieces and only take a qaurter of a piece.It knocks a little of the anxiety and gives me the security of knowing i took my meds.I think after a couple years its some mind over matter just knowing you had one!
