It felt as though I was thinking one thing, yet I would hear completely different words coming out of my mouth. As I pondered what to say, confused and anxious, I would hear myself talk calmly and lovingly without pause.

Does this sound like DD-NOS? (That is one of my diagnoses) Or is it neurological, and I should talk with my epi Doctor? Please help if you can ~ Thank you!
Im sorry but we can not tell you if what you are feeling is your DDNOS or your neurological problems or any other problems... doing so is called making a diagnosis of your problems and here at psych central we are not allowed to diagnose other members problems...

what I can do is tell you that if you googled your symptoms you will notice there are over a million different mental and physical health issues that this could be. also for some people what you are feeling is completely normal....

example I know someone who has the same problem as you and her treatment providers told her the problem is high blood pressure. Another person I know has these same symptoms and her treatment providers said its vertigo. I know a child who has these symptoms and his treatment providers said its an ear infection/sinus infection....

with in me these same symptoms were called by many different names depending upon other accompanying symptoms like psychosis, delusions, hallucinations, sleep deprivation, bipolar disorder, dietary deficiency, dehydration, depersonalization, allergies, sinus infection, ruptured ear drum, medication problems.....and many more diagnosis's..

to find out what this problem is with in you, you will need to contact your treatment providers, they are the ones that know you and your body and why you are having this problem.
Thanks for this!
