Even though I won't ever put my dx or my rx in my signature,
I find it really helps to look at people's signatures with dx and rx in them because if I'm ever having questions about a dx or a medication I know who has had experience with said med or dx.

But yeah, I'm not exactly proud to be taking meds or to have a dx, so I won't ever put it in my signature.
