I've just got to say that I really like your outlook. Way to make lemonade, there! And it sounds like things did/are turning out okay in the long run.

Regarding houses for sale, might anyone be interested in mine? I really need it to sell soon now. There's a post in classifieds, but, Debbie, if you would consider coming to Utah instead of all the way back East, this house would be a steal compared to California prices, and it's got 2.5 acres, so your animals would be fine here. Nice neighbors around too. My parents have a house to sell in Sacramento too so that they can buy my grandmother's house, north of there a bit.
