If your current therapist is not helping you, then I highly recommend that you find someone else. Keeping trying and eventually you will find the right one for you!
You can get better! It is possible. Practice coping skills such as distractions. Go for a walk, listen to music, talk to a friend, go shopping, something, anything that will take your mind off the situation.
Are you on medications? Perhaps you should consider taking something for your anxiety and/or depression?
