Hello I was thinking the same thing as above you have restless leg disorder that may be keeping you from sleeping very well. You should see a medical Der about this problem there are medicaitons available for this at this time. A multivitamin is helpful as well, along with limiting the caffeine and cola intake after 3pm, and drinking more water. You may have an enzyme inbalance that is causing the restless legs, from not getting enough exercise or eating or drinking too much pop, or caffeine (coffee) and eating too late in the evening for the body to consume and burn off the calories before you go to bed. the American Diabetic Association has a hypoglycemia diet that may help as well to keep the overload off of your metabolic system, and help the restless legs and your sleeping and gine you more energy as well. you may ask your Dr about this diet as well. I really suggest you get to a dr soon, so that you can sleep comfortably again. Take care I hope things get better soon. Take care Soidhonia
