I've had maybe 1 day in the past 3 months or so where I had very little pain. I enjoyed that day so much and so wish I had more days like that.
What I think is the worst is when there is absolutely no position in which to put my body that doesn't hurt. Lying down, on my back or side, sitting, standing, whatever it is...it all hurts no matter what. Some days are not as bad as others, but nothing like I had the other day with basically no pain.
Most days, I try to do my best to get done what I have to do. I try to take my time, and go easy on myself. I've also noticed that stress is a HUGE factor in my pain levels. I've done a fairly good job of learning how to live my life with less stress (meaning, letting fewer things stress me out).
