I feel very awkward about telling my pdoc I can no longer afford his sessions. I have insurance, but even WITH insurance, sessions are about $100! Idk why anyone would pay that. I'm going to ask for a referral to a place with a sliding scale (income based).
I just am very non-confrontational and dont know how to say it.
