Every Pdoc Ive been to always says that I need to change the way I think in order to decrease my panic attacks. What do they mean & how would I do that? All the self help books Ive read says it too. I can see what role "gloom & doom" thinking has to do with causing panic attacks & anxiety, but that kind of thinking is the norm for me. Its almost as much a part of me as my brown eyes. I dont see how I can change it. But I know I dont want to be like this forever.
