YES..... I have seen and read that article before and while they say that it is illegal for sales pitches to be done to a cell phone by an automatic dialer.... it does not stop them from calling you directly, that is why I have added my cell phone number and home number to the list..... for my entire family have recieved sales call on our cell phones this year, about 2-3 x a month.

Consumers can add their numbers — cell phone or landline — to the list by calling 888-382-1222 from the number they want to register. They can also do so at www.donotcall.gov.
