Just today at work I'm trying to explain to my co worker what and above tank basking area is (I have a turtle) and the phone rings...I answered and after dealing with a prospective cust (lending) she said, "ok what do they do with it?" I simply said "Either they pay it back or we take them to court" It wasn't until hours later that she brought it back up laughing at me. Ooops.
