I thought of all of you this morning, and stopdog in particular. I am making an eclair cake from a friend's recipe because my whole family loved it when my friend made it. Usually, I like to make stuff from scratch, but this recipe calls for Cool Whip. So I was really laughing to myself this morning as I thought about the fact that I was MAKING vanilla pudding -- actually cooking it and not just using the instant stuff -- and then mixing it with Cool Whip to use in the cake. For some reason, that struck me as really very funny.
