Good to know your living arrangements are not the cause of your anxiety.
Morning is always my worst time for anxiety ... as the day goes on, I get better. So for me, morning anxiety doesn't set the tone for the whole day but sometimes in the early morning I forget that it always gets better and I get overly invested in my anxious feelings ... it goes something like this ... how long is it going to last, I feel lousy, what can I do to make it better ...
When my head finally gets to "this, too, shall pass" and accept the feelings then I do better.
