I am not Schizoaffective but know how a lot of that stuff feels! Voices in your head or that surround you, some are behind you, they often hiss, whisper or hum sometimes scream. They often tell you where to get special information and secrets. You can not seem to ever sleep or eat or dress right. In public I am a mess! I constantly wring my hands and rock or talk to myself, shake, say my thoughts allowed etc. some of that stuff can be very devestating but remember you are the way you are for a reason!
