One of the few times I had meds (depakote) drastically increased in the hospital left me totally annihilated (muscles didn't work, legs were like rubber). And after 2.5 mths inpatient ECT I was crushed. I've never felt close to being "refreshed" after leaving a psych ward (and most of the stays at a highly prestigious Psych Hospital on East Coast).
