I go through spurts where I exercise and feel great...just wish I could keep it going. Be careful not to over do it, because you may feel sore. At least its the good kind of sore ...right?

Exercise makes a huge difference is how you feel. Even though I'm not bipolar myself my brother was, so that's why I offer support in this forum sometimes. I'll be cheering you on.
