another bad day at work don't understand peoples philosophy sometimes giving us more work sacheduling more things and expecting things to get done people ae getting on each others nerves and it is very frustrating a fight breaks out and the kid is able to earn half points with noo suspension at this point i am confused what is being done nothing!!!!!! it is not a good environment for kids

any suggestion?
